Signing SPA before loan is approved

Hey ladies and gentlemen, I'm new to property buying.

I would like to know if it is alright to sign the SPA (and pay the remaining deposit minus booking fee) before seeing the Letter of Offer of loans from the banks? I'll be away from Malaysia for a couple days, and I would need to sign the SPA early before the deadline of the 14 days, as the deadline falls on the week that I'm away.

I've met all the requirements set by the banks, and I have received verbal confirmation from the bank agents that my loan applications are approved - namely OCBC and Alliance. I'm just worried that I may not receive the loans since there is no black & white approval, and thus, I would need to keep applying for loans from other banks.

Your comments and views are very much appreciated.

I bought a gift card before from local vendor. Granted I didn't know how the vendor actually got the card number as I was given the number and when I tried to redeem the card, I couldn't. Hence, the vendor actually logged into my iTunes and redeemed for me. All the while, I didn't see the card. Only the numbers. I thought something wasn't right.

1. Same engine as Assassin's Creed - illustrated but not cel-shaded
2. New timeline - not the same as the other trilogy
3. Open world - similar to Assassin's Creed but changes dynamically depending on your actions
4. One-on-One fights - never more than one enemy at a time ala Soul Caliber (enemy is smart and strong)
5. Start off with experience - no hit points system and you are not a freshie without skills

Anyone here watched Superbad? Know that tall and lean guy? He had this idea that the girl he like is an ideal "guai lui" as opposed to whatever his friend labelled her. So at the party, he got lucky that the girl was wasted but he didn't want to violate her as he envisioned his love to be truly romantic and that he'll only get it on when she's not drunk, and actually loved him. So, he declined to have sex with her.

Now, I know most gals would say that it's just a movie and that don't happen in real world...that guys would jump at the opportunity to get it on. Guys that don't want to get it on (when the gals want) are either gay or not gentleman enough...(if gals don't want it and guys want to, the guys are violating her and can be accused of rape in Malaysia's court of law).

So what should a guy that want to have a romantic relationship that has no sexual notions got to do when conversation and communications fail with the gal partner? I've seen it happening and I am left with no words of advice...

Unable to uninstall Ad-Aware 2007 Free

I just install the Ad-Aware 2007 Free. After using it, I find I dislike it. I tried uninstalling it but failed in numerous attempts. This is the eror I always get:

These are my uninstallation methods:

1. Uninstall using Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
2. Uninstall using the programs' own uninstall shortcut
3. Uninstall using the programs original installation file > aaw2007.exe
4. Uninstall using jv16 Powertools 2007
5. Uninstall using Your Uninstaller! 5.0
6. Reinstall the program and repeat all of the above.
7. Repeat all the steps above in safe mode.

All of them failed! I need help!!!
