EARTH WIRE is electrified (could be a kettle, fan etc)
Not water heater fault
All using metallic shower head + metallic hose.
Most solar water heater has external booster.
Still connected to ground.
If the ground is electrified + RCD not functioning you can still get electrocuted.

Hello Sifu's and Guru's

I need help for recommendation for LED TV for use as MONITOR.
Need to use for Office / PDF viewing / Internet Browsing.
Dim lit bedroom.
About 10 feet viewing Distance.
I have an HTPC so smart function is really no need or optional.
Size about 46 - 50 inch I guess.

I recently bought Panasonic Viera 50 inch LED TV with direct lit = TC-L50B6

But I sold it OFF after 6 days for a loss.

Why...It is because the TEXT when using Internet Browsing is so damn distorted.
Very bad resolution. although already FULL HD. 1080 etc.
The color reproduction is also VERY VERY BAD.
My eyes also gets tired and teary after using for sometime.

So please help me.
My Budget is about RM3000 only. No 4K tv budget yet.
