Upside down Mobo + GPU mount on window

Upside down because scared leak.
Whole system mount on window to exhaust hot air not just from computer but the living room too

In this location, sun/rain/storm won't kena at all and inaccessible to outside apartment. I plan to add ventilation fan to the window anyway, so might as well build PC there and use the PC fan as exhaust too. I'm just unsure if I should go the route of water cooling or good ol fan cooling.

Here quick picture for a better idea what I have in mind. All hardware just placeholder. This idea can jalan?

Sugarbook founder charged over sugar baby post

SHAH ALAM: The founder of a “sugar baby” dating site, which published a post boasting about sugar babies from 10 local universities, has been charged in court.

IT entrepreneur Chan Eu Boon, 34, better known as Darren Chan, pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Sabreena Bakar @ Bahari here yesterday to publishing the post with the intention to cause public fear.
The founder of the site Sugarbook is accused of allegedly using a website, http://technave.com, to publish a post entitled “Top 10 Sugar Baby Universities in Malaysia” with the intention to cause fear or unrest to the public at 10am on Feb 10.
The post was viewed at a public university here at 6.26pm on the same day.
The charge under Section 505(b) of the Penal Code carries imprisonment of up to two years or fine or both, upon conviction.
Deputy public prosecutor Aliff Asraf Anuar Sharuddin proposed bail of RM100,000 because the offence involved public interest.

Hello sifus,

Is software like photoshop, illustrator and 3dmax etc. really utilizes these GPU processors? I've been googling a lot and couldn't get any straight answers.. It seems some will experience huge speed boost while some say it's useless.

What do you guys think? I need to get a mid range non-workstation graphic card for a budget workstation because i damn cheap.
