cd rom problem?

I get this error msg, is it my cd rom have problem or ? thank for answering my quesstion guys.

can't remove the virus

my pc was infected by the virus now it call GENERIC2.DVY and GENERIC2.DVG
i scan with AVG after heal it keep generate again. anyone know how to remove it?
