Age of item & item condition:
1) Headphone is NEW and NEVER OPEN BEFORE. You may test during COD (for serious buyer).
2) Sound card is open box condition. Open to test a while then placed back in the box until now.

Reason for sale:

Already have a better headphone.

Sound card was primarily bought as an external ADC for my microphone to isolate noise away from my motherboard.
But hissing sound is still audible from my mic. Turns out my mic was the problem. Maybe.

Desktop shuts down after turning on

My desktop shuts down few seconds after I turn the power on.
When I press the power button, all fans spin for a while, and HDD LED blink a while, then everything shuts down.
No beep sound, and the green LED on the motherboard still lights up.
PSU and motherboard is not the problem, because both of them just back from RMA and its new.

Things I tried but never fix the prob:
-removing cmos battery and leave it few mins.
-Try another power socket around my house
-Trying to boot the pc without graphic card and 1 stick of RAM
-Tried every single ram slot in the motherboard with only 1 stick of ram, then do the same using the other stick of ram.
-use another power cable for the psu
-turn power supply off and leave it until the green LED on the motherboard fades away, then turn it back on.
-Power the system with chassis and without chassis
-tried power the system with my old power supply.
-Disassemble everything and put everything back together.
-Use the stock intel heatsink instead of the NH-D14

My pc spec:
CPU : Intel i5 3550
Cooler : NH-D14
Mobo : Asus P8Z77 V-LX
RAM : Corsair vengeance 2x4gb LP white
GPU : Asus HD6850
PSU : Silverstone SST-ST60F-ESB (600w)
Chassis : CM Centurion 5
HDD : Samsung HD103SJ

I ran out of ideas and I need help from sifus.
