Declare rental income for 2018

Hi all, hopefully this is an easy question:

My tenant is running her own home business out of the apartment I'm renting her (she's staying in it). So she's been asking me to issue her rental receipts for her to claim deduction. We used to have a legal tenancy agreement but it has lapsed (malas renew).

I am paying for the maintenance fee and cukai taksiran. Assuming my housing loan is RM1.2k and she's paying me RM900 per month, how should I declare to LHDN? Thanks!

Hi all, sorry I'm a complete noob, but can you recommend good services for the following:

- stove removal (tenant wants to remove the old stove)
- slide door fix (the glass door is stuck)
- plumbing (kitchen sink clog)
- small lorry from Cheras to Sunway (only 1 fridge to move)

Thanks all! As cheap as possible if can but more important is better service.

Hi all, need some advice on the following from the property sifus, this is my first home (hopefully!):

Title is under master and not strata
Will this cause an issue if I want to withdraw EPF for deposit and then apply for 90% loan? What loans/banks would be available to me?

Is the area safe?
Noticed a lot of foreign workers there but doesn't seem to be construction workers but retail workers. Is it safe?

Rough estimate of the property value?
What should the subsale price for this area be?

Vets that deal with ticks and fleas?

Hi all, my dog got infested with fleas and ticks a few months ago and we've been trying to get rid of it ourselves but so far no success. Thinking of taking him to a vet nearby to ask them to get rid of the fleas while we do the cleanup at home for a day or two. Anyone got good recommendations?

Hi all!

Has anyone used this laptop before? Saw it being sold at PC fair for RM999, and I'm thinking of getting it to replace my current netbook. It's the only lappie I can see so far that's below RM1k and has a nice keyboard to use.

I'm particularly interested in people who've used this netbook with Linux and/or the battery life with WiFi on. Thank you in advance!

After Shadow73 posted, I receive the same PM from user d1ane (the poster above shadow). Suspect could be hacking case cause user d1ane is selling the same thing as JPStylez (original thread starter).

Or am I worrying unnecessarily? :S
