Hi, i wanna seek for help regarding the case below..

I have attend a dell something like lucky draw section, when we queue and get lcuky draw the number and pay rm10 for the item we draw..
And the staff gave wrong the prize and when we realize, we go bak and ask for exchange, but they refuse to change the item back due to the reason of their prizes are all giving out..

So in this case, can i get back the item which i draw or i cant do anything if the hoster refuse to exchange ??
