Semenyih property with RM600k budget

Greetings to all pros,

I have been surveying for quite a period of time on the area of Semenyih. Although Semenyih is not that developed yet, but in terms of price and also landed property, Semenyih will be one of my best choice. Throughout the survey, i viewed lots of show units no matter from top to moderate developers, their projects such as Onepark(700k+), Hillpark (600k+) from MKH, Taman Melur from Kosamewa, Eco Majestic (800k+) and so on. Lastly, the three projects that attracted me and also within my budget are the double storey in Eco Forest, Setia Ecohill2 and Diamond City. In terms of package, Ecohill gave the best (especially during this merdeka promotion), while in terms of finishing and aesthetics, Eco Forest and Diamond City will be my first choice.

Hereby, I would like to invite all the property hunters to comment and suggest especially those that have almost the same criteria like me. Thank you~

This story begun since I entered my tertiary study, and it was a long long story.............

The 1st day I entered the lecture hall, with loneliness surrounded me due to dont know anybody.... in a sudden, my eye straight focus to a girl, kinda like her smile, her hair, and totally attracted by her. She is not the pretties in the class(subjectively). In the moment, I wondering that whether it is caused by my loneliness?? Well... it doesnt~ After that, she became my motive to go campus on time, and punctual every class ~

Few days more, lecture want us to get into a group of ten by ourselves. On that time, I am in a gang of 5 guys, while she is in a gang of 5 girls. I wondering that, OMG, is this the chance given by God?? (trolled). I quickly persuade my friend request them to form a group of ten together (because I am a bit shy when deal with girl that time..). At last, we formed a group of ten, and that is the starts of our FRIENDSHIP~

After that, I realize that she already have boyfriend, a heartbroke moment attacked me on tat moment, however, it still doesnt end up my feel on her. After a period of time, supposingly she can feel my likeliness on her, and she didnt avoid me........ and our relationship continue........

Lenovo to Other brand Smartphone

Anyone that using Lenovo Phone but getting bored of using it and plan to change to other brand/model smartphone?

I am currently using Lenovo P780, no lagging issue which is famous in Samsung phone, nice battery, and big screen as well.

However, there are few reasons that gave me the feel of changing to more advanced phone but with affordable price (below rm 1.2k) such as BAD front camera (didn't realize it is VGA while buying...), design slightly not aesthetic (as compared to OPPO which I juz realize this phone~) and it is quite heavy~

Currently I am quite interested with the OPPO Find 7a, Mi3, Lenovo Vibe X 960, and also the Huawei Honor 3C/3X.

Lets voice out some opinions~
