tax: section 7 (1)(c)

hi all, there is oways a tax act keep confusing me..

section 7(1)© stated that....
...is a tax resident or 90 days or more for 3 out of 4 preceeding year of assessment.

if:

for example,
year 2001 ---- stayed in msia for 90 days.
year 2002 ---- stayed in msia for 90 days.
year 2003 ---- stayed in msia for 90 days.
year 2004 ---- stayed in msia for 90 days.

so in year 2004, is the person consider as "tax resident"? since the 3 immediate preceeding years are "90 days"?

hi all, a stock market newbie here
how to look for the information like book value, price to book ratio...? so far, i can only know how to check its fundamental :-P by the way, what is the definition of "good" or "bad" fundamental, to what extends it can be said is either "good" or "bad"?

for example,NEXTNAT 0096(4/30/2006)
Operating Margin=24.96
Return on Equity Capital=37.49
Net Profit Margin=24.78
Current Ratio=6.42
Debt to Capital at Book=0.03

is the fundamental above considered "good" for u?

hi, any1 of u have the experience of using the mobile service to pay bill(pay for anything). wat is the procedures? is it secure?

Pc got smell n shut down!

Everytime when i want to scan my pc using the spybot software, duno y, there must be a smell(like things get burned) from cpu, n then the pc will shut down by itself. Try many tmes, the same situation happened. Is it caused by virus? Or hardware spoit? software spoilt?

Wish to get answer n solution(if possible ) from lyn experts here

Need the opinions from lyn advisors here.

For ur information, i'm a 19 years old girl who goin to grad v my Diploma in Business (Marketing) on the incoming May. Plan to have my further Marketing degree, but many types of argument have arised and these really confusing me.

Argument 1: For business subject, experience is much more important than the paper(diploma, degree, master...) u have. Especially nowadays, grad v degree can be easily get here n there.

Argument 2: No matter what course u r, u have to study to strive n fight for a better future. Diploma=SPM. Nothing different v SPM.

Argument 3: If u think u r capable enough, then u may start to step into this society n take the challenge.

Actually what i wish is, if possible, i wish to get a master degree in Marketing. This decision have cause many ppl critics on my decision n claims that for business subject, study until master degree is juz a fool, more than a fool. But wat i want is to be a lecturer(more time to take k of my family if compare to business woman).

If u were me, so?
I know the final decision is stil by me.

What is the meaning of "no-frill"?
I notice this word been using by some companies in promoting their products/services. It has appeared in Wal-Mart, n kind of rice's brand of Malaysia in their advertising.
Is any1 can explain v the meaning of "no-frill" for me?

Hi all, there are some questions that i would like to enquire n ask a helping hand from those expert of LYN

1. I have tried to update my display picture on this forum many times. But i keep fail to do so. I copy the URL link n paste it on the blank for display picture inside the edit profile section. But there is still blank n i cant even put a display picture successfully. May i know why? Any1 can tel me whats the reason? Ur kindness will be appreciated

2. How to make a signature that can be previewed as an image(other than only sentences or words)? Or looks like having flash effect?
