            <title>Prop Price increase fast not good for investor</title>

            <description>If property price increase too fast, that not good for investors who buy and hold.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;reasons : &lt;br /&gt;1. Lower rental yields.&lt;br /&gt;2. No able to accumalate portfolio as per planned.&lt;br /&gt;3. Government impose many control - RPGT, Loan restriction and so on.&lt;br /&gt;4. No easy to find positive cash flow property. &lt;br /&gt;5. High Assessment fee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will prefer property price increase slow and steady, accumulate as per planned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let Discuss</description>
