What ergonomic chair y'all using?

Tried a few brands from gaming type, Alterseat, TT Racing, OfficePro, IKEA type and Sihoo.

Found out Sihoo M57 from AITSULAB so far cun for me

I think the fully mesh chair for someone easily sweat is ⭐⭐⭐, design and the arm rest i can twist around

After sitting 7months still feel good enough

Anyone has other thoughts on Ergonomic Chairs?

Hi guys, surveying projects and came across PR1MA:

This is what I found on their website -

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Malaysian citizenship;
Single or Married aged 21 and above;
Individual (single) or combined household income (husband & wife) between RM2,500 – RM15,000;
Own no more than one (1) property between applicant and spouse (if any);
Not a Bankrupt;
The homes MUST BE owner-occupied;
A 5-year moratorium will be imposed, during which the PR1MA HOMES cannot be sold, rent or transferred to another party.

With the 5 years moratorium, is there any chance to register for any potential investment unit for future?

How do I scout/survey/get updates of new projects of PR1MA

Is PR1MA project worth to be considered for investing, given fresh working guys?

Sport Science vs Psychology

Which one should I go for..? I'm planning to study until Degree level, will think aboutMaster or so on level afterwards..

Was decided Psychology earlier on, but went through brochure and saw Sport Science yesterday, quite interested with it as well.. Which one should I go for? Any advices or insights I can seek from here?

Hello guys, I'm one of the SPM 2014 candidates as well. This is my SPM result.

English Maths Moral A-
Sej BC B+
BM B
Psychics C+
Bio C
AddMaths Chemi D

A quite bad result but well, what done is done..

So guys, based on my result, it's impossible for me to apply scholarship right.. The way I want to pursue studies is only loan, I'm interested in Psychology course..

Here's my choices after surveys.

1. Diploma in Counselling -> Degree in Psychology at TARC because of eco-wise reason.. Anyone knows how much would it costs specifically?

2. Diploma in Psycholgy -> Degree in Psychology at HELP UNIVERSITY, but I don't think I could afford the tuition fees of HELP.. And HELP really high reputations of their psychology course?

What I'm afraid now is I'll give up studying after finish diploma in TARC, by that, it means I'll only get a certificate of DIPLOMA IN COUNSELLING, and not a certificate I want.. (psychology)

The second worry is about LOAN.. Even with BR1M, the maximum loan I can get is only 50% of the course? Because the brochure of TARC PTPTN loan stated its 6800 per year.. does it enough to cover up my course?
