Company having corporate training until end of june 7pm -10pm

so far so good since the beginning of January, but then got half of the trainees preparing for their ramadan fasting next month, so they ask the trainer to change time to 8pm-11pm until ramadan ends, then back to normal time.

how do i disagree without being insensitive? im sleep deprived

Actually it was yesterday night, i was in a online meeting with 60 people watwching live.
It was supposed to be break time soon, so i decided to go and take a quick shower, so i eventually took off my clothes luckily i still have my briefs on..
and to top it off, when i was making my way to the toilet, i saw myself in the mirror, and i started to check myself out ( while touching and caressing my man boobs )
i am scared someone took picture, and probably leak it online. is it hard to recover from this event ? Had a hard time sleeping...

the only bright side is, i feel like i can do literally anything like it wont be as shameful/emberassing as this, i dont even care if i ask my middle school crush out for drinks now

i have to continue see them everyday for the whole year in this training. they might think i am autistic

KOTA KINABALU - [DIKEMAS KINI] Sebuah restoran makanan laut di sini mendakwa pelanggan terdiri daripada sebuah keluarga bertindak meninggalkan premis selepas enggan membayar bil penuh.

Mengikut pihak restoran terbabit dalam hantaran Facebook, dalam kejadian jam 9.40 malam Ahad lalu, keluarga berkenaan hanya membayar RM400 dari jumlah bil RM1,102.20 kerana mereka mendakwa bahawa harga adalah terlalu mahal.

"Tiada alasan untuk tidak membayar sedangkan kita sendiri tahu apa menu yang dipesan. Apa pun alasannya harap segera membuat pembayaran selebihnya," kata hantaran itu.

Bagaimanapun, perkara itu disangkal oleh pelanggan terbabit yang mendakwa bahawa mereka tidak menyangka harga yang dikenakan terlalu mahal untuk tiga ahli keluarga yang makan di restoran tersebut.

Bagaimanapun, seorang dari pihak keluarga tersebut tampil memberi penjelasan menerusi hantaran di Facebook.

Menurut mereka, pihak restoran tidak memberikan maklumat yang cukup mengenai harga makanan yang dipesan.
"Kami telah membuat bayaran seperti pihak restoran cadangkan untuk selesaikan isu tersebut. Juruwang di situ yang cadangkan idea untuk bayar 50-50 (separuh), bukan kami.

Apabila kami melihat lobster di menu, harganya RM48 per 100 gram yang di mata kami nampaknya berada dalam bajet kami, jika kami hanya memesan saiz yang lebih kecil dan pelayan itu juga meyakinkan kami, dia hanya akan berikan kami yang kecil dan tidak berat.

"Tetapi rupanya dia (pelayan) memesan yang beratnya satu kilogram tanpa memaklumkan kepada kami terlebih dahulu," katanya dalam hantaran itu.

Dia terkejut apabila melihat harga makanan yang dipesan kerana memandangkan hanya tiga orang yang makan.

"Kami berbincang dengan pelayan kerana dia memesan saiz yang lebih besar tanpa memberitahu kami harga dan saiz tertentu.

"Kemudian juruwang datang dan menawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan restoran membayar separuh dan kami membayar RM500. Sebelum keluar, juruwang tersebut memulangkan semula RM100 kepada kami dan beritahu kejadian ini sering berlaku dan ramai pelanggan terkena kerana tidak diterangkan dengan jelas mengenai harga oleh pelayan yang sama.

"Kami kemudian berterima kasih kepada juruwang itu dan menjangkakan isu itu sudah selesai. Kami tidak meninggalkan restoran tersebut tanpa membuat bayaran. Sebagai bukti di resit juga dicetak bayaran sudah dijelaskan," jelasnya.

Sehubungan itu, menerusi hantaran itu pelanggan terbabit berharap agar salah faham itu dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dan segera.

Sementara itu, Pejabat Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) Sabah akan membuat pemeriksaan terhadap sebuah restoran makanan laut yang didakwa mengenakan caj harga yang mahal terhadap pelanggannya.

Pengarah KPDNK Sabah, Georgie Abas berkata, setakat ini pihaknya belum menerima sebarang aduan daripada pelanggan berkenaan.

"Jika ada aduan rasmi, kami akan siasat tetapi kalau ikut hantaran pelanggan tersebut seolah-olah semua tanda harga memang ada dan berlaku salah faham antara pelanggan bersama peniaga.

"Namun perkara ini sukar dibuktikan kerana ia dakwaan daripada kedua-dua pihak. Jadi saya akan minta pegawai untuk membuat pemeriksaan premis terbabit untuk memastikan semua tanda harga jelas dan beri nasihat kepada peniaga kalau dakwaan pelanggan tersebut adalah benar," katanya ketika dihubungi Sinar Harian pada Sabtu.

Good day, can any kind hearted lowyatians suggest me a good

" full back gaming chair ": best for obese body types with weak spines. Also ideal for home office workers wanting support for both desk work and relaxation.
so far i only found 1: secretlab titan.

Ergonomics chair with lumber supporting up to 25-45 degree is also good enough for consideration.

Trying to avoid this when sitting

1. Unsupported sitting: tightens the lower back, curling the hips forward.
2. ]Forward neck tilt: bends the upper spine more severely.
3. Anterior pelvic tilt: tight lower back + bent neck = tilted hips.
4. Chronic pain: back, neck, and shoulder pain + migraines are common.
5. Sedentary death trap: bodies in chronic pain move less. That ramps up the risk of diabetes, hypertension, weight gain, depression, cancers, and worse.
