Prepaid mobile plan for young professional

Need some recommendations for prepaid mobile plan!

Going to join the workforce soon as a young professional, will be based in KL & Penang.

Android user
Data consumption: around 5Gb
Most used apps: Social media (Fb, insta), Whatsapp, Youtube, light browsing on Chrome, Emails
Budget: around RM30/month
Calls & SMS: not very sure about my usage but preferably with some free talktime

Did some research and found these plans that seem to fit my needs:
- U Mobile UMI 36
- U Mobile UMI 30
- U Mobile Gx30
- Ookyo

U Mobile UMI 36: unlimited data for most of the apps that I use frequently, downside is no free talktime & SMS.
U Mobile UMI 30: unlimited data for social media apps but not messaging app, but they have free talktime 30mins/month to all network
U Mobile Gx30: speed throttled at 3Mbps but unlimited data for everything
Ookyo: good deal but seems to have quite a lot of negative reviews, and VPN drains battery which kinda worries me.

For now more inclined towards UMI30. Let me know what you guys think!

Sued over torrenting in Malaysia?

Just curious if any Malaysians were ever sued over torrenting?
Especially copyrighted materials such as movies, songs, etc.

Heard that a lot in USA and UK, how about here? Malaysian law enforcement really so bad?

Questions abt Actuarial Science

I'm interested in Actuarial Science, but the low passing rate scares me. Not sure if I can cope with it.
A few questions:

1) If I take AS degree can I work in finance/banking field? Vice vesa.
2) Heard that AS grads are becoming more and more saturated in Malaysia? True?
3) Are actuaries highly demanded in Malaysia? Present & in future?
4) If I hold an AS degree, what other jobs can I work as other than actuary?
5) Other that AS, any other suitable course options?
6) How long does it normally take to finish AS degree?
