Looking for advise in job application

Hi, as what the title suggested, I'm looking for advise in applying jobs. I'm trying to apply for job but then I noticed there's one criteria in the minimum requirements for job application that made me hesitate to apply the job. "Strong verbal and written English communication skills" is the criteria that troubles me...a lot. To be honest, I see the standard of My English as "moderate" in both verbal and written. I can speak English in normal daily conversation but not fluent on it. In addition to that, I tends to mix with other language sometimes (typical malaysian's english where BM is mixed and every sentence I said will end with "la", "lor". Here's the question I would like ask: should I still apply for the job?

P.S.: I fulfilled all other minimum requirements.
