How to set silent on certain contacts

Guys,
I'm new to ios...just migrated from android. Want to know how do we set certain contacts to have silent ringtones? On android there is a feature fornit but cant seem to find it in ios. Currently using ios 11.2

Government Housing Loan

Guys,

I am selling my house and the new buyer intends to take government loan as he is a government servant.
Can anyone tell me the procedure if he wants to take government loan & what are the documents required?

I know the buyer is supposed to arrange for all this but i just feel like i need to know some information regarding all this as well.

Guys, i know this have been asked many times before & i did read those previous threads already. Yet i feel it would be better to ask again.

I'm looking @ either the 13" Air or the 13" Pro. My usage ia mainly surfing & using it for documents / presentation. I know that the Air is lighter & more portable but my concern is more towards the longevity of the specifications.

Most likely i wont be bringing it along so much as i also have my iPad to keep me company. I am not proficient in photoshop & movie editing but it is something i may get into once i own a mac. Hahaha.

At the moment i'm more incline towards the Mac Pro 13". So if i decide to get the Pro, is there any way i can upgrade the HD to an SSD version outside later? What are the types or brands of SSD HD that i should get? I know that there are sellers selling ram upgrades in LYN but i'm not so sure about SSD upgrades as most of the sellerss do noy state if it is Mac compatible or not.

As this is my 1st Mac after using Windows all these years , i hope that all the seniors will be able to guide me in my purchase.

Ipad 2 wifi 16gb or 32gb?

I intend to purchase an ipad but not sure which spec to get. My budget is around the 16gb but is that enough storage space?
I don't intend to store much music or pics. Just mainly for some games & business apps.

I'm sure this have been asked befpre but i just can't find the thread / post.
