Line Speed is based on physical port or user-id?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone had any idea if login to Streamyx using different User-IDs has any effect on the Internet speed.

For example, is there any speed different if I sign in using 512KB Package User-ID and 1MB Package User-ID.

In my understanding, the line speed is tagged to physical port/phone line and not User-ID. Therefore, the speed is not going to change if you sign in using 1MB Package User-ID on the existing 512KB package line. Am I correct?
