I'm not selling the taufoofah because it's impossible .

But I can sell you my secret recipe all premixed into one bag.

All you have to do is buy soya milk and bring to a boil , then pour into the premix mixture.

and the result is the smoothest taufoofah you will ever taste.

Actually I've been working on a few recipes to start my own tong sui stall, and so far this taufoofah is the best out of all my tong sui.

Price for premix - RM 8 - Can make 4 litres of taufoofah
Price for premix + 600 g of organic soy beans - RM 23

I'm not selling you Gypsum powder that everyone frown upon
The premix has a mixture of cornstarch and GDL (Glucono delta lactone) but the ratio I cannot reveal because it's a secret

Steps :
1. Bring 4 litres of soy milk to boil, mix premix with 120ml of water and pour into your taufoofa pot
2. When soy milk comes to boil off fire and pour the boiling soymilk into the taufoofa pot.
3. Close lid and wait 45mins to 1 hour
4. Enjoy Tau foo fah
5. Make own syrup

How to make own soy milk:
1. Soak 600g of soy beans in water overnight
2. Blend soybeans with with 4 litres of water, do in batches
3. Strain soy milk from soy pulp through a cloth
4. Bring to boil for soy milk.

Careful when scooping this taufoofa, use big metal spoon that is very thin. This taufoofah is super delicate and smooth and can break with water dropping into it

The police officer copy my name correctly but my car number wrong.lol..
