Part of house sinking

I have a situation with one of the housing where part of the land is sinking.
Main result of the hell situation is that it broke some of the main pillar of the house [OK, 1 broke]
i am guessing the wall will eventually fall apart.

house is over 7 years, developer is still in the areas developing other plot of land there [they have plenty of plot left to build].

its generally classified as act of god / natural situation as its ground movement unless i can proof that the developer didn't do proper piling / ground foundation work [tough luck on getting that information right].

I planned to have a dialogue with the developer ... sorta blackmail them ...

anyone had similar situation before and what course of action is advise ?

How to define a hostel

How does the law/local council actually define your property as hostel or not?

take a 2 rooms apartment for discussion purpose.

1) I rent to 2 students, this i know its not a hostel.
2) I rent to 4 students, 2 to a room. 4 ppl 1 house. consider a hostel ?
3) I put in double decker bed making it 4 to a room. 8 ppl 1 house. consider a hostel ?
4) I rent to 2 student but without my knowledge he put in double decker bed and have more student stay. hostel ?
5) for privacy purpose, i put a partition in the room for the 2 student. hostel ?
6) I don't put partition, instead put cabinet in between creating a sort of partition. hostel ?

So how far can one go before being classified as a hostel ?

Reason : average price of property is about RM500,000. monthly instalment alone is RM2500, maintenance is about RM250 for 1000sf, add the furiture and repair RM250 ... it take at lease RM3000 to rent out ... lets face it, no hell can afford RM3000 rental now. Managing multiple tenant seems to be the way ahead.

Any insight on this ?
Actual Lawyer who know the law regarding this would be much appreciated.

Taman Puchong Prima, Desa Impiana

I am looking into purchasing a unit at Desa Impiana since its within my tiny RM350K budget.

I have consider Desa Idaman [The one with water park, kinda] but the smack high tension wire was a big turn off
Aurora which was beside Idaman have same issue of high tension wire as well.
Vista Melinia was pack with PH and dead end road.

Short listed Desa Impiana since there is going to be an LRT station near there. i don't mind the 2 year wait.
As usual agent say those auction lot was nothing much, but there is over 10+ units on auction.

Anything suspicious happening there ?

Thing look proper on the surface, anyone stayed there or have experience with the place can give some pointer ?
have already read the post in this forum but since the place is quite old the thread was quite abandon.

any help would be much appreciated.
