exFat cannot runs RMVB file

May I ask, can exFat runs RMVB files? I saved a few episodes into my new bought pendrive. After that, I noticed that, the files inside my pendrive cannot play smoothly (just played until few seconds than no more songs/pictures) but the original files can play smoothly and have no problem? Any ideas what is going happening here? sad.gif

Do you have any idea how can I convert from exFat to FAT32?

Pendrive brand: Kingston 64GB
I bought it on eBay.
