Maintenance fees.

I am about to get my condo and received a letter from the developer. The way they calculate the maintenance fees is a bit funny. It is RM 0.30 per square feet and my unit is 1,389 sqft. They supposed to charged me RM416.70 but they are charging me about RM499.26.

I called them to further understand this and they told me..." you have to take into account of your 2 parking spaces". This is ridiculous because when I purchased the unit, they didn't mention about this. Also, RM499.26 is the fees excluding sinking fund.

I wonder if this is normal. Thanks.

Does anyone here have knowledge about unlicensed band (ISM) in Malaysia? I just want to know what is the max. transmit power for 433 MHz short range device?
