            <title>Reader&amp;#39;s Digest Sucks</title>

            <description>I wish to share my bad experience I am having with Reader&amp;#39;s Digest. I subscribed to their Discovering Wildlife package in March this year but I have had to deal with a terrible organization. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, packages failed to arrive but I get billed for them. I call the Customer Service (a joke) at 03-8942 3211 (u try calling) and no one picks up. After so many tries even my cellphone battery almost drain out I get a staff who promises but never returns my call. Next few days, same shit again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally I email and get a standard &amp;quot;look into it&amp;quot; reply. I asked them to terminate my sub and email reply said yes but still get billed after 2 weeks. After 2 months I still don&amp;#39;t get my missing packages. As I enrolled using credit card on auto debit, I had to terminate that card or else they keep billing me. They still owe me 2 packages and no reply from them.
