migrate Dell XPS to phanteks p300

Dear Sifus,

i am looking gradually upgrade/migrate my stock dell xps 8920 to phanteks p300. main point is i like to see my component et al. is the phanteks p300 have good airflow? also what would your advice be? my plan is as per below

phase 1
- change the mobo to a z370. currently i have i7 7700k with stock air cooler. might keep it as i plan to change to water cool in the future
- to accommodate the mobo i would switch the stock dell xps 8920 case to phanteks p300

phase 2
- change the psu to support oc and liquid cooling
- install liquid cooler

the main issue i have with the stock dell xps 8920 i7 7700k is that it tends to heat up above 80c when its gaming. i suspect its due to the restrictive air flow of the 8920 case.

i hope there is sifus out there could advice in migrating/upgrading components to a new case.

note: for those wondering why i didnt build my own desktop earlier, i got a good deal from dell for i7 7700k, gtx 1080 + 24inch monitor for less than 6k.

budget rm130k honda. Civic or Accord?

Hi,

Looking to get a civic even went for a test drive twice. One of my friend who used it as a daily drive highly recommend it but recently stumble upon a mudah ad on accord 2.0 for sub rm130k

now im stuck on which to get. dunno anyone who drove the new facelift verision, so anyone who owns it mind sharing some opinion?

test drove the accord once, below my personal comparison:-

- Looks: civic = sportier but accord got more class
- interior: accord seems to be comfier and more roomy on the short test drive
- power: civic have more punch
- fc: on paper civic wins
- maintenance: accord seems to be tried and tested. civic so far so good?

Updates: after test driving the accord 2.0 vti-l for the second time. the driving position and NVH to me is better than civic. i can imagine its more comfortable driving for a person who is driving ~5000km per month. the seat position is just much more relaxing for my height (184cm) but the power on this is really.... meh

civic feels more engaging to drive compared to accord, still lose to mazda3 IMO

What is the current job prospect for the construction industry? is there really any realistic chance to climb ladder or grow in construction as main con / sub con? i heard tales that the salary ceiling would be 8-10k for project manager or construction manager.. and u need to be 10yrs experience at least... poor work life balance structure, mon-sat job, no medical benefits.
