            <title>2sty shop with 1 water meter</title>

            <description>2-storey new shop, there is only 1 water meter at the corridor, and at the back of the 1st floor there is an external piping ready, only need plumper to fix a meter.&lt;br /&gt;Developer says the 1st floor and 2nd floor tenants have to deduct the reading of the meters and calculate the usage of water for upper and lower floor&lt;br /&gt;Any method to solve it? &lt;br /&gt;</description>

Instalment started in Dec 2012 ( 3 year lock-in, penalty 3%)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any sifu can help to suggest earliest time to sell to skip RPGT and Penalty or one of them?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For RPGT, how to calculate 5 years? From stamping of buying SPA to stamping of selling SPA?&lt;br /&gt;For bank loan penalty, how to calculate 3 years? From 1st instalment to last disbursement of buyers?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope can get reply from sifus here.
