ASUS vs LENOVO ? - which to buy

I have budget around 2k (plus or minus), wanted to ask what laptop do you recommend. I have been walking around in Lowyat and these are few models that caught my eyes

I need laptop
1)Writing article, surfing, multitasking - Speed
2) Watch movie
3) Use photoshop to edit pictures
4) Not too heavy, as I plan to carry it around
5) Battery life & durability
6) Is touchscreen laptop practical , whether is it durable ?

So here are some of my pick (which do you recommend or do you have any other to suggest)

- very light, comes with 24 SSD, no dvd rom
Best offer I got RM1999 comes with extra 1 yr warranty on top of 2 international warranty (1 yr extra from insurance company)
--> the only thing that attract me to this is bcos of the SSD and weight. but this has no graphic card

ASUS A450CC
-I5 3337u
-750gb 5400r sata
-got dvd rom, nvidia g force gt720m, 750gb
- best offfer i got rm1880 by cash
-2 yrs warranty

Lenovo s410p
intel core i5 4200u (4th gen processor)
nvidia geforce gt720m
comes with dvd rom, 500gb sata hdd (5400 rpm)
1 yr warranty
-best offer i got rm1799 cash

What do you all think ? Lenovo s410p better or A450cc better ?

Any better model to recommend?

Though price is an important factor, performance, durability is more important.

p/s : I check out Fujitsu too, got 1 model LH772 (made in Japan) on promotion RM2699 . From what I see specs is lower.
