Looking on advice to purchase prebuilt deskptop

Budget is around RM4000, want a gaming desktop.

Is idealtech a good place to purchase it? I don't need 1440p, 1080p for modern games are sufficient.

Time internet trouble connecting with China app

I am using TIME internet currently, it always go so well, but around last week, for some reason the WiFi/LAN has trouble connecting to a China App for me in android/bluestacks.

Every other website is accessible, even Tieba, but this only happen with some other app.

And this is not devices problem, since I can still connect using U Mobile.

This also doesn't always happen, it happens like half the time, working for 2 hours.. maybe fail for 2 hours, maybe fail whole days and working another days.

Any help is appreciated. (I tried things like changing DNS, reset ip... Flush etc etc.

Can anyone recommend me some MMO that is free and is anime-styled(Not necessary)?

And it will be better if there is still a lot of people playing it.

I have played game like Elsword(still playing), Iris Online(not playing), Cabal(Not playing).

So my own requirement is:

1. Many people playing it
2. Anime style/cute
3. Any genre will do, whether it be fps, fighting or rpg etc
4. FREE
5. Language can be Chinese or English
