I had a very bad experience dealing with this TG STEEL Design and Engineering Metal and Grill vendor, they claimed that all their workmanships are good and made by all old sifu and the installer also skilled worker. But turn out to be an unprofessional and brainless bangla that installed all the things and even did a terrible mistake&#33; They just blindly install the grill and gate and don&#39;t even bither to use their brain to think before they install. <br /><br />Terrible workmanship as well, I doubt they only hire Bangla in doing their work. The finishing of the steel is very bad&#33; And as I know, they not doing the complete work by themselves, they sub-con to others.<br /><br />Their after sales service was horrible&#33; I doubt they provide any after sales service to their customers or they don&#39;t even know what is after sales service&#33; After receiving payment, they will not even bother to entertain you and to finish off their final works. They only interested in doing 1-time business. <br /><br />Think twice before you engage them&#33; Remember, no point getting a cheap price that they can offer you, but there&#39;s NO after sales service at all&#33;&#33; After sales service is very important&#33; Just want to make sure there&#39;s no other unlucky victims like me. <br /><br />All the best to those who looking for a vendor or contractor.
