I don't have cimb bank account.

recently someone i know kena scammed. scammer transfer all his bank savings out.
polis unable to catch. even if got details like tel number, ip address, account number, webhost site, email address. etc.

the scammer still free.

imho online bank can easily further improve security.

1. allow user to custom their own time slot that can do transaction. eg. only friday 2pm to 4pm.

2. device that receive OTP code must have same ip address to device that initial the request

3. new refundable transaction protocol especially to individual bank account

any other idea?

feel free to share the idea to the right person in charge.

as per topic, old version 1.0.42 android MySejahtera app could not see Booster Appointment.

I already reported to mySJ helpdesk few weeks ago, but as usual until now the problem still there.

this could be the MAIN reason why many didnot take booster shot.

Celltrion's experimental COVID-19 antibody treatment, known as Regkirona or CT-P59 (Yonhap)

South Korean biopharmaceutical company Celltrion’s monoclonal antibody treatment Regkirona, or CT-P59, has shown initial promise in treating patients infected with COVID-19 variants, the company said Friday, quoting preclinical results from its recent animal test.

Celltrion said it found that the injection of its COVID-19 treatment Regkirona significantly reduced viral titers in 50 experimental mice infected with the South African variant.

The mice injected with Regkirona showed a 100 percent survival rate, with no weight loss, while others in the control group posted only a 50 percent survival rate, Celltrion added.

In April, Celltrion also published preclinical data collected from a joint study that used ferrets infected with the South African variant.

According to the vivo ferret challenge studies, a therapeutic dosage of Celltrion’s Regkirona was able to decrease the viral load in the upper and lower respiratory tracts of the ferrets with the South African variant.

The therapeutic effect of CT-P59 against the South African variant was previously published in the US journal Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications.

The company is currently conducting animal tests to determine the efficacy of Regkirona in treating other COVID-19 variants, including the Brazilian and Indian variants, aiming at releasing related preclinical data as early as next month, officials said.

PETALING JAYA: With the Covid-19 positivity rate reaching 9.46% yesterday, two MPs have declared that the latest lockdown has failed.

Former prime minister Najib Razak noted that the infectivity rate, or R0, had hit 1.04 as of this morning.

He also said the number of daily new cases had breached the 6,000 mark once again, while yesterday’s positivity rate was a record high.

“Is the government aware that the three main indicators, namely the new cases, infectivity rate and positivity rate, are on an upward trend?” he asked in a Facebook post.

Given the current situation, he asked what the country’s chances of recording 4,000 cases for seven consecutive days to move on to Phase 2 of the national recovery plan were.

“MCO 2.0 (second movement control order) failed. MCO 3.0 failed. Will the total lockdown also fail? How many times do you want to fail?” he asked.

Meanwhile, former finance minister Lim Guan Eng said 100,885 Covid-19 tests were conducted on June 1, with 7,105 people testing positive, giving a positivity rate of 7.04%.

This, he said, was far beyond the World Health Organization’s recommendation of a 5% positivity rate.

“On June 29, there were 68,052 tests producing 6,437 positive cases, yielding a positivity rate of 9.46%.

“This positivity rate is alarming and the highest this year despite four weeks of total lockdown. The situation has simply become worse,” he said.

Lim said the latest number of cases and deaths showed that the Perikatan Nasional administration had acted “too slow and too late”, coupled with poor management of the pandemic.

“Since the whole-of-government effort to battle Covid-19 has failed, it is up to us citizens to undertake a whole-of-society effort together with the King and state Rulers to do the right thing to win against Covid-19.

“This would be the best tribute to remember the 5,108 deaths and many others who have suffered from Covid-19.”

The health ministry reported 6,437 Covid-19 cases yesterday, taking the total number of infections to 745,703.

A total of 107 deaths were also recorded, marking the highest number of fatalities since the 126 deaths on June 2 and 109 on June 5.

PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported 5,419 Covid-19 cases and 101 deaths in the past 24 hours as the number of casualties breached the 4,000 mark.

Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 6,831 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 593,695.

In a statement, Noor Hisham said the total number of infections now stands at 667,876.

There were 70,112 active cases, with 922 being treated in intensive care and 450 requiring respiratory assistance.

Meanwhile, the 101 deaths take the number of fatalities to 4,069.

Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 1,996.

This was followed by Sarawak (718), Kuala Lumpur (650), Negeri Sembilan (396), Johor (366), Kedah (252), Kelantan (245), Sabah (230), Melaka (155), Labuan (138), Penang (124), Perak (68), Terengganu (43), Pahang (32), Putrajaya (5) and Perlis (1).
