Guys, just checking if we are able to apply to the KWSP to monthly withdraw from our Account2 and place it to our Housing Loan - bank account ?
Any specification that we need to take note as well ?
I m looking at this but not much idea hmm

Hi guys, received a "quotation" on commercial rate loan (those kiosk type lot)
stating IBR = 3.2% and then + 1.65% = 4.85% will be my loan interest rate.

Is this a good figure ?
Where can i get more / better rate from agent / banks ?

not sure how should i address this but while looking on used car dealer, they did mention, car manufactured in year 2010 (example) but the registration on 2013...
so basically we shall address this car as in year 2010 or 2013 in order for me to check the current market price in mudah.my ?

Hi guys,
just want to check with you all, im planning to get a 2nd hand car around 50K at car dealer here.
Ended up, the sales person calculate the cost for me...

selling price : 50 K
Insurance : 1.8K
Transfer name (JPJ | Puspakom) + Hire purchase : 2.2 K

For insurance i think that should be normal right ?
How about the last criteria : 2.2 K ?

I know Puspakom = rm 30, JPJ = rm 100 only wor....
Is that the personal (Sales person)'s profit by ripping me rm 2.2 K ?

Hi guys,
My wife went to govn hospital for normal pregnancy checkup and last week, she undergone a blood test (on glucose)
Someone from the hospital just called and said the level detected is 8.1 instead of the normal one 6.7.
So they asked her to come next week for another round of testing.

Initially i heard such cases is quite normal during the pregnancy ? but since she is already on 31 weeks, will there be any danger to both adult / child if the reading is still high ?
She has to puasa day before the test, but during the fasting period, is it ok to drink plain water ? or totally "fasting" no water allowed too ?

Hi sifus, while looking around, getting a 2010 1.5E spec would have cost me around $55K while getting a 2010 1.8E spec would have cost me around $63K (G spec will be higher)
Which one would you really go for while getting a 2nd hand car (between these 2)

of course, they are both from different class but with such budget, im planning one of them.
My main concern is on the petrol consumption as well as the maintenance fee. My friend's city would normally cost him around $300 on each maintenance session. How about Altis ?

Also, do you think it really worth it to go for the 1.8G spec instead of E spec ?
Usage would be travel to work on weekly around 400km and going outstation - south (hometown) once every month

If you have any good tips to take note of while getting a 2nd car, please advise too

car cant start up

Hi guys...just want to check with you all, recently my car is running on aircond n waiting at side before it suddenly "died". So i trird to start it up but it fails. When turn on the ignition key...there is sound as usual but it just wont start up.
Few things done :
- try to jum start it using fren battery but it still failed
- got a mechanic n he tested out from sparkplug... No spark coming out from here
-check the cable (not sure what is it but it is located between the petrol part n spark plug) there are 3 points here n 1 of them got electricity which is able to light up small led here ) so he assume this is good too
- unplug the petrol bar part n ask me to turn on the ignition key...petrol spill out...so he says good too.
- so with such testing he said is the ignition coil problem which it is not sending any electricity to the spark plug there.

My question... Does this sounds is the issue of my car ?
Replacement will cost me around rm 360 for this.... Any price recommendation ? Dowant to get potong by him
