Dota 2 lag

i been playing dota 2 several months now and when i first played the game back in August the ping i got is around 30ms-45ms and that with the downloading running in the background ,and a month later i the ping is started to jump up around 150ms-300 ms and i decided to stop played the game for a while and now after a tons of update i thought that the lag will be reduced but it gotten worst and i got ping around 600ms-1000ms and that is totally unplayable ..

is anyone know how to fix the lag in the dota 2?, i use the tm streamyx 2mbps and the lag is still continue even i choose the SEA region only
is anyone here have the same problem as i am or im the only one?

im looking to buy a gaming headset and i come across these two gaming headset both witch i particularly like.

1. Razer Kraken 2.0
2. Razker Electra.

i havent try any of those headset and i know that razer kraken is particularly famous among gamer and some says that the audio quality is good, but i like the razer electra detachable cable because most of the times when my headset broken down it was because of the cable. so in electra i can just change the cable.

i have budget around Rm250 and i want to ask your opinion about these headset are they worth buying?
if you guys have any other headset suggestion ,pls write your comment below.

Not Registered On Network Maxis

Today i noticed that my android devices has error on it says "Not Registered On Network" everytime i want to make a call or send a sms
i try searching the network operator and all i can find is Digi and MY Celcom but not Maxis

im using sony xperia tipo running android ICS

if anyone have the solution pls write down ur answers

Dota 2 Lag

i played dota2 for about a month now and last week my internet (1mbps tm) got a network problem and they change the modem and some cable outside my house then when the internet was ok , i play dota 2 and the ping was extremely high around 200ms-1000ms . i never had that problem before. before the repair i play dota2+downloading my ping was still aroun 40-60 ms
i test my ping on pingtest.net and got a good result

the question is anyone else got the same problem?
is it the dota2 server? the modem or the isp?
if anyone got the solution please feel free to write it down or simply pm me.
