Advise About Investment Property

Hello,

I have been working for a while now as an engineer is Abu Dhabi, so I have accumulated some savings.
As property prices are getting stagnant these days, I believe it's the right time to enter the market.

Currently with my salary of ~RM25000 (converted from USD), i believe I should be eligible for a 2mil property.

Since I am not in Msia most of the time, I am doing some survey right now, so the next time I come back, I can have a shortlisted version to view and buy immediately.

Reason, for investment (rental purposes)
Desired area, Bangsar / KLCC
minimum 3 bedrooms.
(my friend told me Jalan Binjai is a great place to stay, what do you guys think?
he stays at crown regency, but I've been there and the place is quite old for me)
