Need some advice.

Have unit that 1000sf with 3 plus one room therefore i rented out to 6 local office guy. recently the condo change new management they start controlling the numbers of the tenant by saying according to the akta above 1 adult need 350sf space. Means mine unit only can accommodate 3 people if they are not families or relative. Ask me to change the tenancy agreement with the tenant as soon as possible.

1.Do the condo management have the right to stop tenant going into the condo according to the akta above?
2.Is this akta still going on? Since its from 1979? any newer revision?
3.Any advice to this kind of situation?

78. Seseorang yang membenarkan sesebuah rumah diduduki dengan
sebegitu penuh sesak hingga mendatangkan bencana atau bahaya
kepada kesihatan penduduknya melakukan suatu kesalahan dan
boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit
atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau
kedua-duanya dan didenda tambahan tidak melebihi satu ratus
ringgit bagi setiap satu hari selama tempoh kesalahan itu diteruskan
selepas sabitan.

79. Bagi maksud Akta ini, sesebuah rumah hendaklah disifatkan
sebagai sebegitu penuh sesak hingga mendatangkan bahaya atau
mudarat kepada kesihatan penduduknya jika rumah itu atau manamana
bilik di dalamnya didapati diduduki lebih daripada kadar
seorang dewasa bagi tiap-tiap tiga ratus lima puluh kaki padu
luang dalam bersih dan dalam pengiraan itu tiap-tiap orang berumur
lebih daripada sepuluh tahun hendaklah disifatkan sebagai seorang
dewasa dan dua orang kanak-kanak berumur tidak lebih daripada
sepuluh tahun hendaklah dikira sebagai seorang dewasa.
