I keep getting calls from TM asking me to change from Streamyx to UniFi, I have massive download every month which limited me in the near future, 60gb per month isn't a best choice for me but unlimited will be. Will TM going to cancel the whole Streamyx system? of course now streamyx line isn't much people using it to download I feel downloading speed were stable and able to download or stream most things from the net.

I did some research from the website Unifi have different connectivity using fiber optic but SDSL technology(I am not sure about that)? have different modem compare to old ADSL, I don really like their modem because most likely I will like to burn their modem within a few months, it also have television cable which I don use any more and I don't owned Astro. well compare their plan looks like they are asking me to limit my downloads......

Streamyx Unifi
Download speed 4Mbps 5Mbps
Prices RM140 RM149
Quota Unlimited 60Gb (in the near future)

So in the near future when will Unifi Cap their quota like other countries? any information about Unifi and Streamyx current status and future plan?

now i using extreme mod of 0.47c that i see i can get true the server with high id by enbling obfuscation protocol, this protocol is like a encrytion for emule(also look like uTorrent) i can dl from taiwan peers 4~30kbps. but only for those whos use this option from oversea peers and dl from them...... if everyone use this option this may speed up our dling. but kad arg.... blocked by screamax so it still slow, for me is better then using bt to dl anime.

After 12th Sep my connection speed down to 0?

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Streamyx Package: Streamyx G.Lite Home Basic RM88 Subscription RM88 - Monthly
Location: Bukit Jalil
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Called

Personal equipment
Modem:
Router: DSL G604T
Firewall used: later check

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 12th Sep until now
Problem frequency: (not sure)
Problem description:

i feel that all of my dl speed become 0.5kbps..... before can run 100kbps(100 times?) is it upgrade their system upgrade or down grade? even worse thing is upload also 0~10kbps if we do SOHO sure our company shut down. we report to them you think what their say? <basic troubleshooting>(good excuse) then wasted 10min to do what their say, is too bad to say that the result is the same and give one making report number(waste time, every time when problem occurred they never preadvance inform server down and ask us to do nonsense, some time this nonsense will make people suffer to reset all their setting.)

At last take 2 days for them to fix it. After I receive their call can say is fixed try to stuff internet and test their speedometer if still having the same problem call back to 1300889515 to report back...., but still the same result I try to contact them for further information(because that time I receive their call at outside cannot touch my computer T_T) I phone them back when i reach home and test all over again then I tell them what I have test such as speedometer(this everyone know is tmnet one) I also try from oversea test ww.dslreports.com/stest/ it was a bad result using oversea test(before is excellent), their reply: we only test on client to our server(this make me put on fire) oversea we are not include, so I tell them I found that I download and upload from Malaysia server or client for HTTP FTP MIRC and more are very fast, but why I experience that download and upload from oversea is very slow. I continue What happen if I cannot download or upload files from oversea? He stone there. why my download from http ftp protocol also slow from oversea website? He say back the same thing we not include(what this mean? They is ISP[internet service provider] internet = intranet?).last min he say did u do any "tracert" I say yes there are many * there.... finally say we make report again.....so is 3rd day.....now waiting....

before that I have send though their "Other complaints & enquiries"https://tmbill.tm.net.my/iCoMSWeb/external/CreateCaseServlet at "Tech Support & Services" come out with a page named "ICOMS" integrated complaint management system inside that i have write and send pictures about the "Bandwidth Test" from their service name "Speedometer" and oversea (http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest :US) speed meter about the problem i occur then preferred contact method > email. then reply me:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail to TM Net.
