JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Job

The Atlantis Company is currently seeking a Sales Specialist. This position is primarily responsible for: Selling service products and service contracts proactively by utilizing the telephone, email, Internet and other technology.

Prospecting for and closing new sales leads through a variety of sources, primarily but not limited to outbound telesales campaigns; offering straightforward technical advice, support and solutions,to prospective customers and also serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems; qualifying prospect accounts and end-user information, and managing opportunities in the CRM.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Business Management Functions:
Develop a high level of technical expertise in the business area’s product lines and service offerings. Understand and be able to communicate the product solutions and services we offer to solve customer problems.
Meet and exceed sales quotas assigned for products and services.
In-depth knowledge of all internal applications related to service sales and marketing, including but not limited to the CRM and ERP.
Proactively employing professional selling skills in the pursuit of new service business, and accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts. Manage incoming calls from customers for responsible product lines.
Qualify Sales leads by assessing need, budget and buying authority. Obtain basic qualifying information including (but not limited to) time frame for purchase, decision maker(s), budget, influencing factors and next step in the sales process.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales-ready. Move each lead to the next step in the sales cycle at the appropriate time and ultimately close the sale for product and/or service

Analytical and Support Functions:

Assist manager and senior management by providing weekly updates about recurring business issues that require a proactive approach, or trends that suggest alternate sales offers or approaches.
Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our CRM, sales, and service databases at every practical opportunity.
Accurately and quickly promote/quote products, services and solutions to small and medium accounts, and to large accounts at external sales’ request.

Requirements:

Position open to native, born & bred Malaysians only, PR holders / Work Visa need not apply.
2-5 years of sales, marketing, training, and/or customer service experience required.
Written & Spoken language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office
Superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills are required.
Prior successful sales track record and proven leadership ability.
Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment.
Proven success in customer resolution / satisfaction and complex problem-solving.
Candidates should have excellent decision-making and leadership skills, and possess the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales objectives.
Ability to present to various audiences.
Must be very outgoing.
Must have call center/sales experience.
Strong communication skills.

my friend just bought one YB665 before me, i want see how is it first, when i saw it few days ago and laugh my ass off...

Celcom 4G for tablet?

Maybe I'm stupid enough as i signup for Celcom First iPad plan, its 4G line with max speed 21mbps, but I'm using 3G (3.5mbps)
After i using it for 3 months, I'm still using 3G line and i email to Celcom, and they told me i have to request it.

This is how the progress works:

1. Take out your nano sim card, and put it into a phone which support nano sim card, if u don't have it, just borrow from your friends.

2. Go to message and type "ON<space>4GLTE" and send to 28882, if u don't trust this number, you can call Celcom to confirm first.

3. They will reply you a message to confirm, then you just need to follow the instruction stated in message to confirm,
reply the message with "4GLTE<space>YES"

DONE~ now u can change your simcard back to your iPad or android tablet(those tablet cannot sms or call)

wait within 24 hours and u will get 4G LTE line~

im so stupid to was my 3 months payment for 3G line, no one telling me to do so until i email to celcom.
*why Digi only have LTE speed for tablet, sucks ~*

i use Celcom, iPad cannot sms to check, and there is no apps to check, and after 3 months they haven't fix my OCS account, i can't access even they reset for me....

ipad have data usage checking but not really correct one.

anyone know other way??

Why you probably shouldn't buy the Samsung Galaxy S5 at launch

Samsung is expected to lift the curtains off its next flagship device, the Galaxy S5, at the unPacked event in Barcelona later this month. While Samsung may not have revealed specifications or price of the phone yet, a company is already predicting a significant price drop within three months.

Price comparison site Idealo has analysed the price trends of the last three flagship Samsung Galaxy smartphones to predict that that Samsung Galaxy S5's price will fall by 24 percent after 3 months of its release.

Idealo in a report analysed the price trend for Samsung's previous flagships (Galaxy S II, Galaxy S III and Galaxy S4) and found out that the price decline particularly in the first quarter is considerable.

As per the analysed data, the launch price of Samsung Galaxy S II reduced by almost 13 percent from initial value after three months of release, while the Samsung Galaxy S III price reduced by 14 percent. The Samsung Galaxy S4 was reportedly 18 percent cheaper by August last year.

Notably, the Samsung Galaxy S4 was launched at a price of Rs. 41,500, while the price did fall later and it is now available at Rs. 32,500 in the Indian market.

Recent reports have indicated that Samsung's unPacked 5 event, which is expected to see the next Galaxy flagship smartphone launched, will be a low-key event. An earlier report on Thursday suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be joined by a new tablet series, believed to be dubbed Galaxy Tab 4 and the long-rumoured Galaxy Gear successor, named Galaxy Gear 2.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is set to be one of the biggest smartphone launches of 2014 – even with little known at this point what Samsung even has planned

Samsung Galaxy S5 specs

Relatively little is known about the Samsung Galaxy S5’s specs. Speaking to Korea Times, Samsung’s co-CEO Shin Jong-Kyun has promised the company will match the processor found in Apple’s new iPhone 5s.

Despite that promise, it appears that Samsung may not be matching it when it comes to it being 64-bit. According to KGI Securities' Ming-Chi Kuo, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will come in two varieties, but neither will have a 64-bit processor. The Prime is said to be coming with a Samsung octa-core Exynos 5430 processor, while the Standard model is said to be coming with a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor.

While it may not match it in terms of the amount of bits, if it turns out the Prime model does come with a octa-core processor, Samsung could out do Apple in sheer brute force. The lack of 64-bit support could also have something to do with both models only coming with 3GB RAM, according to Ming-Chi. The main reason for moving up from 32-bit chips is to break through the 4GB limitiation.

If Samsung is planning on sticking with 3GB of RAM, it makes more sense for it to opt for raw power, rather than add a feature which isn't really going to be used.

Samsung had confirmed that it is working on 64-bit processors for its 2014 handsets - although the company stopped short of actually announcing which handsets they were. If it turns out that Ming-Chi is right – and he has a history of being right – it may mean we have to wait until the Galaxy Note 4 before we see it.

To be honest, it would make more sense for the time being for the Galaxy Note 4 to debut 64-bit chips. Along with giving the company more time to perfect the technology (see below), it would also make more sense to pack its powerhorse phablet with more RAM – and so benefit from a 64-bit chip.

Stephen Woo, president of Systems SI at Samsung electronics told CNET that the company is taking a “two-step approach” to developing 64-bit chips.
