WTS Water Vending Machine Business

I'm selling off 6 of my water vending machine with location for 50k.

It consists of 6 machines that located mainly at Jalan Alor and Jalan Imbi.
It served me well for the passed two years. Each month average generated 1.8k to 2.2k for me.

At the moment, I have 28 water vending machines and 14 washing vending machines working for me day and night.

Reason for me to sell: I'm want to finance for my second property investment in commercial lot around 800k. Yup, it requires lot of down payment.

Some additional info, this 6 locations are really my favourite. In passed, I spent average 6 hours each month just to keep this business running. Included collection once a month and washing for twice a month. There are plenty of foreign workers staying near the machines, working in Pavillion, tourist location and projects sites.

Some problem you may face. For example:
1. Machine Breakdown. ( No worry, I have an employee or myself will come and fix it for you. One trip Rm70 excluding the parts.)
2. Expensive filters and parts ( No worry, I will be transparent and let you know all my suppliers I'm dealing with. Is cheap cause we deal directly with the suppliers)
3. I don't how to fix or repair ( No worry, I will let you know how the system work and teach you all basic skills you required)
4. Is there any warranty ( Yes. I give 6 months warranty for the electric board, pump and filters)
5. Is the water safe to drink? (Yes, definitely. It consists of 9 carbon and sendiment filters with an additional Ultra Violet ray filter in the machine. No complaints ever received)
6. Is the system break down easily? ( No. Is really rare to have a breakdown. I will teach you all possible problems you may face. Anyway, I'm in this business for 4 years. A lot of experience can share it with you. )

We just conducted a full maintenance by changing all the filters and cleaning the tank last week. around 19Dec. They are all new now, internally.

If you currently employed, this is a great way to boost ur income. It only required minimum time to take good care of it and generate a steady "semi" passive income.
