I hv bought my 1st house worth RM290k (I don’t know what its all about of Property vs House at that time) &amp;amp; bought a brand new Toyota Altis 1.8cc RM110k at the age of 26 bla blab la. The so call MLM marketing cold call system is not what I want (In short I just foreseen that the market nowadays are evolving with more educated people that’s why I’m more prefer a Quality Marketing System instead of this)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Teamwork only exist when there was personal benefits involving from the Team Leader or colleagues. My 1st Sales Deal worth RM1M+/- with a Listed Firm Expat Manging Director went all wrong because I’m not a professional negotiator at all due to lack support from my superior. Anyhow that kind of experience made me clearer on what a Good Quality of real estate negotiator should behave. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;With that kind of experience in my 1st real estate agency I’m started to applying what I hv learn during my employment time into property &amp;amp; the results are remarkable. Market survey on neighborhood environment/ infrastructure, proper presentation of property, understanding subsale property &amp;amp; future under construction development in terms of price per feet… For example, I sold 4units of subsales property in 3-4weeks with nett commission of estimated RM35k. My personal strategy is that ‘How to treat a subsale property as my SHOWROOM’. &lt;br /&gt;Who taught me all this? The answer is that my passion in property &amp;amp; people.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My 2nd Real Estate Agency (My existing one)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its fate that I could join this firm, in one day one of the outsider agent call me to cobroke with me on one of my property listing. I met the agent’s superior Mr Alan Lai, the deal didn’t go through but after the viewing &amp;amp; presentation he wants to meet to me personally. On things he told me is that:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alan: You are the most professional real estate agent I ever seen in my entire career, how come u know so much &amp;amp; familiar on the location, property etc etc. You even can know how many staircases steps/level in the townhouse&amp;#33; Do u wish to join my agency?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Me: Oh Ya, its my right to educate the clients because things cannot hide right? Its because I’m have passion in property &amp;amp; hv easily went through at least 20-30 different under construction property nearby…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are the few words that I could recall during our conversation &amp;amp; substantially I join his firm. Anyhow that kind of experience made me clearer on what a Good Quality of real estate negotiator should behave. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;With that kind of experience in my 1st real estate agency I’m started to applying what I hv learn during my employment time into property &amp;amp; the results are remarkable. Market survey on neighborhood environment/ infrastructure, proper presentation of property, understanding subsale property &amp;amp; future under construction development in terms of price per feet… For example, I sold 4units of subsales property in 3-4weeks with nett commission of estimated RM35k. My personal strategy is that ‘How to treat a subsale property as my SHOWROOM’. &lt;br /&gt;Who taught me all this?
