I feel sad with him because of lemon. Shopee also have a weird policy that reject refund if unbox. but he also cannot reject RMA from Apple.

TLDR:

7 Mei 2026: Saya terima iPhone 17 (Brand New) yang dibeli dari Apple Flagship Store di Shopee Mall.

17 Mei 2026 (Hari ke-10): Telefon tiba-tiba mati total (stuck recovery mode/bootloop) semasa kegunaan normal.

18 Mei 2026: Saya terus hantar ke Apple Authorized Service Centre (iTworld Ipoh) untuk diagnostic check. Hasil Laporan iTworld Apple (Ekshibit Utama saya): Laporan rasmi mengesahkan "VMI PASS" dan "LIQUID CONTACT INDICATOR NOT TRIGGER" (Siri teknikal sahkan tiada kecuaian pembeli/tiada masuk air/tiada calar fizikal). Laporan mengesahkan kerosakan tegar pada logic board / motherboard. Saya batalkan arahan repair kerana saya tolak barang rosak ini dan mahukan wang saya kembali.

Isu dengan Shopee: Saya dah failkan Return/Refund sebanyak 3 kali dalam tempoh 15 hari Shopee Mall Guarantee, tetapi Shopee REJECT kesemua permohonan saya dan butang refund kini telah dikunci (unilateral).

HUJAH YANG SAYA MASUKKAN DALAM BORANG 1: Saya tembak balik T&C Shopee tersebut menggunakan Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999:

Unfair Contract Terms: Terma "sudah unseal tak boleh refund" adalah tidak adil kerana kecacatan motherboard adalah mustahil dikesan tanpa membuka kotak dan menguji peranti (Hak Pengguna Memeriksa Barang).

I then go to JAL website and do the same search. I select the same flight.

I can't brain this. all machines in KL Sentral have this label. if you are a tourist, you will be confused a f.

start at KL Sentral. price is 2?
Pasar Seni 1.50 but Dang Wangi is 0.80?

100% RapidKL fault. these machines are taken from Dang Wangi based on the "marker" symbol without any change to the label. hello RapidKL team. this is VMY2026. please don't do such a lousy job. what a shame. this proves that Malaysians are not serious about public transportation.
