I went to clinic for blood test yesterday.

paid with my Maybank debit card. money deducted. but the card reader showed loading and finally timeout.

clinic staff said never mind. will check again next day. because transaction pending, cannot issue receipt.

24 hours passed, but shop said money still not received.
I check my Maybank transaction. still no refund.

clinic said if money not received, cannot proceed with the analysis of blood.
