Yesterday after replace fsp hexa 400w, my monitor screen got blank but no beep sound when turn on the pc and still can heard window welcome sound from speaker

Hi Sifu2 Sekelian,

As per title mention, the fan gc drop itself and burning smell, i was updating my windows before it happened coz intent to reformat pc due my pc got lag issues when playing dota2 and desktop quite hang oso.

So may i know what is the causes the fan drop itself? Izzit overheating or it's time to change a new 1? My pc bought on 2011-2012

Currenly working as marketing exe and cover some minor IT stuff and some design work but there's biggest issues which everyday i have to face those aunty colleague gossip each other even 20s oso same and im the only male in office (except boss, technician, n storekeeper lah) and i can't avoid at all coz my front, beside and back of sitting desk is the most bising 1 and some of my task required critical thinking coz i'm the lone ranger in my job.
