My laptop specifications:-
PROC: Intel i7-6600U
RAM: 32GB DDR4 2133Mhz
GPU: Intel HD 520
MOBO: Dell Inc 0K4CNR (U3E1)

My questions:-
1. The speed cannot even reach 2GB/s because of the mobo/processor are not good enough?
2. The 4k speed is depending on the GPU? The better GPU on the system, the higher result?
3. The 'Rapid Mode' is not available for Samsung 960 Series yet? or it will never be for NVME?
4. If I change the policies to 'Turn off Windows write-cache' for it, the speed gets faster?

Hopefully any sifu or expertise about this can assist me.
