Cannot printing blue color

hi..

Sorry,I'm noobes here.I have using the Canon IP1600 printer. But lately when i'll print, no blue color can be printed.
I'll have refill the blue ink on the CL-41 catridge but still when printed ,no blue color .The color has change to magenta.Are the catridge is unusable?Sifu here,pls advice.

hi... I'm detecting my DNS server address at windows setting has changed to 85.255.113.91 and 85.255.112.180... Are someone trying to hijack or hacking my PC....But setting at modem still original DNS server add.Pls help...Sorry if i post on the wrong threads.
