The humble me would like to seek some advice from sifus pertaining to my dilemma

Housing loan outstanding RM160K with 10++yrs @4.8, monthly repayment about 1.5K so...Currently rented out.

My current approach is to top up another 1 month + 1 month rental with total 3K/month until setel loan or is there a better approach to go about with this? would like to learn from sifu kalian nia.,. All other mcm ASB. FD generally the yield is much lesser than the serving loan interest so the only viable option is EPF provided u x kasi max out tu 100K la..

Sifu sifu, need some help here.TNB just came and suspected us tempering the TNB meter for curi eletrick but the unit has been rented out for a decade or so. So not sure if the meter has been tempered by the previous tenant before or not. but probably TNB is looking for $$$ and saman. Can any sifus shed some light or experience in handling such a predicament? They haven't summoned me for a talk yet.
