IMPORTANT notes on ptptn full settlement

so on 8th of May i went to ptptn at rawang one to make a full settlement via kwsp.
-My loan is 21k,after 15% discount,i need to pay rm17740 for a full settlement.
-after check with kwsp,i can take out rm17300 to pay for my ptptn.
-so there is a balance of rm440 left.
-i came back to ptptn,and was told by the agent who assist me,to contact him on 31st of may and make payment for the balance through ebanking.ok done...

so at this moment i thought,its seal,"DONE", agreement was signed, i got the 15% full settlement discount and the balance of my loan is now rm430.so thats what i thought...

so i take my time,feeling happy and all since i already got the 15% discount.i took the agent instruction lightly and went back to ptptn on the first week of june to pay off everything.

So this is what happen. My ptptn balance now is rm1824.i was like... wow... i thought the balance is rm430?

turns out after the end of the month,ptptn system close their monthly statement and i still got a pending of unpaid rm430 (the system capture that i did not do a full settlement as it only detect that i had paid more than 50% and gave me 10% discount instead) and i did not get the 15% .

SOLUTION
create a ticket on ptptn website and describe your case.and what is your request
