Hi all /k members, wanna get some law advice from you all.

So the scenario is like this:
1) My sister and her ex-husband already divorced for 4 years, the ex-husband pay child support for RM1,000 per month all along. The child custody is with my sister, ex-husband get to meet the child once per week.

2 )Last year, he tried to negotiate to pay less (RM600) but my sister sent him lawyer letter, then he kecut and agreed to pay RM1,000 until the child is 18 years old. No increase.

3) My sister will get married to her boyfriend next year. So the ex-husband got the news, now he try to ask my sister whether he can stop paying child support because he claimed that after my sister marry again, his child will be under the new husband's care, and that the new husband have to pay for his child support (He claimed that his lawyer told him so).

4) But he say he still wanna meet the child once per week

So is there such thing as after the mother re-marry, the father no need to pay child support to his own child?

But Bin Nassir had a different view, adding: "I was waiting for Dochev to give me a hint of what exactly happened but he didn't signal for a handball.

"The instructions FIFA gave us before the game were clear; if a colleague was in a better position than mine, I should respect his view."

Dochev, Bulgaria's top referee in the 1970s and 1980s, also officiated at the 1982 World Cup finals as well as dozens of European club competitions matches, including the 1983 UEFA Cup final's first leg between Anderlecht and Benfica.
