98% memory usage?

OK... I have no idea what I did to my computer ... felt the sudden lag+freeze and when i check with task manager, its 98% memory usage..
It happens... LOL... what I'm sure of is that it happened once long time ago, but now it came back... and restart doesn't work... its 98% memory usage ALL THE TIME NOW... OMG someone please helppp

Could it be hardware or software problem??

Laptop recommendation

Sup techies.. So... I am struggling to choose between:

A)- OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ax220TX
B)- Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming (7567)

Basically I just need a laptop that can play some high-end games and also for designing work in Solidworks.
Both the laptops are equipped with 8gb ram, i7 processor and GTX1050 graphic card (only diff. is one is using GTX1050 TI).

Also, have anyone face any problem with the mentioned laptops? If you have any other laptop which is also around RM 5k, feel free to recommend it to me xD ..am not a tech guy.. so i need some good recommendation from you all

How to open bank acc for university's club?

Just wanted to ask about the correct procedure to open a bank account under the name of a university's club (like science club etc) to be in charged by the treasurer of the club....is that even possible?

I actually went to Maybank and ask about it ... apparently we need to be registered under an association kind of thing called KIAT or something (even they cant spell it right for us, cause there's nothing like that on the internet)... They said I couldn't register online but they couldn't even tell me exactly where I should register...

so i would like to know the exact procedure from those with experience .... :/ thanks in advance.

Sup guys....I wanted to buy a new laptop but I couldn't decide which one suits my needs the best...
Im using my laptop to do CAD, video processing and gaming...
My Dell Inspiron N5110 is unable to do the task efficiently and i can feel its dying soon..
So... any recommendation or advice? Budget is below RM 3000 ...

Questions about MQA qualification

The program I'm studying right now is not qualified by MQA yet...
For what i know, as long as the program is not qualified by MQA yet , I cannot apply for ptptn loan.... well it's ok for me

The question is, will it affect my future employment?

Let say, 2 people applied for the same job, person A and B both has a degree cert, A's with MQA qualification and B's without....so the employers will always choose person A?

Learning piano without tutor?

Can i master piano/keyboards from level 1 to grade 8 without a tutor? Is that possible? no? then how far i can go?
I'm learning from internet by the way...
