i plan to get house next year. and i have no one to consult with.

Here are some of my info:-

Gaji: 3500

may i know:
1. whats the price range of house i can purchase?
2. is the longest tenure to pay is 35yrs?
3. possible to loan 100% (i wonder is this still available, i havent buy house b4)
4. wht is the current interest (BLR).
5. BAsed on my gaji, monthly installment is how much if i take 100%loan?
6. If i take 100% loan, any other expenses i need to pay as in legal fee, stamping fee n etc?
7. any promotions offered for 1st time house owner?
8. i might be getting new or 2nd hand home.
