[Solve] Computer powered before and after shutdown

Hey guys, my computer is powered even the system is not booted. When i turn on the power supply switch these unusual things happens:
-all fans are running including case fan, mobo fan and gpu fan
-dvd drive indicator light on, i can open and close the disc tray with the eject button
Sometimes they run constantly but sometimes they just keep flickering on and off for a few short seconds randomly.
It happens before i switch on the computer and after i shutdown. And only stops when i turn off the power supply switch.
Any idea guys?
My specs:
Asus M4A75TD
AMD Phenom x4 955
MSI Gtx 460
Cooler Master Silent pro M700
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

[Solved] CPU fan noise

Hey guys, my stock cpu heatsink fan is making noise even when idle. Can someone help me please?

Got any tips on studying this subject for stpm? I really need help here. Can i survive without the basics from form 4 and 5? I hate this subject, but I can't drop it, so.. Have to work hard on it because i don't even have the basics!

A divorce

A farmer went into his attorney's office wanting to file for divorce from his wife.
The attorney asked, "May i help you?"
The farmer replied, "yeah, i want to get 1 of those dayvorces."
The attorney said, "well, do you have any grounds?"
and the farmer said," yeah, i got about 140 acres."
The attorney said, "no, you don't understand. Do you have a case?"
and the farmer replied, "No, i don't have a Case, but i have a John Deere."
And the attorney said, "No, you really don't understand. i mean do you have a grudge?"
And the farmer replied to that, "yeah, I got a grudge. That's where i park my John Deere."
The attorney, still trying, asked, "No, sir, I mean do you have a suit?"
The farmer replied, "Yes, sir, I got a suit. i wear it to church on sundays."
The exasperated and frustrated attorney says, " Okay. Let me put it this way. WHY DO YOU WANT A DIVORCE?"
And the farmer says, "Well, i can never have a meaningful conversation with her."

Majors in mechanical eng.

As stated, how can i choose what major to study in mech. eng.(degree) ?
Do i choose before i enroll to a mech. eng. course?
Does every collage/uni offers all the majors?
I am really confused here, hope some1 cab help me!
