in a dilemma (to stay or resign)

Need some advices. I have been working in my current company for two years and this was my first job. I work under a senior. Sometimes, my senior only delegated some easy work to me which i feel bored about. As compared to others, i feel i have lack of opportunities given. Struggling whether should I resign as I do not have any passion to work in this company anymore. I have no job offer for the moment but I could not stand working there anymore. Should I resign now?

I wish to just leave my working place immediately but would it be no good if I resign now (no job offer)? What reason should I tell since I am not resigning because of a better offer?(

She is my friend but she check on my emails and all the social networking apps while playing games on my phone. I don't really understand why she do like that? Anyone encounter this before?
