Hi HTC ONE M8 users,

I've been using the phone for close to 3 weeks. No issue until this morning.

My data line keeps dropping. I've tried to google this issue, nothing on it.

I called up maxis. They said my area not experiencing any network outage.

I took out the sim card, reset the fone. Same.

Guys, do u experience this problem? Any solution would be great.

How to make money?

(1) Invest in stocks
(2) Properties (condos, landed houses)
(3) Land

First of all, you need a job. No one gets rich from doing nothing and putting everything into stocks or properties.
You need cash flow for food and daily expenses.

Let's be realistic, the reason you're reading this page is because you're an average joe making $3~8k a month.
Am I right?

We're not idiots to fall for those forex scams, surewin4u scams But unfortunately, we are also not geniuses like bill gates or steve jobs but we do have alittle intelligence and strive for a better future.

So what do we do? What can we do?

Everyone probably has savings. We live in a society whereby we had been trained by our traditional parents to save up for rainy days. We are not an American society driven by card debts (well I hope you're not). So what do we do with this little nest (20 to 50k I guess)

FIRSTLY, we invest in stocks. Yes, blah blah blah, stocks will clean you out IF YOU purchase penny counters or IF YOU are driven by greed.
PURCHASE COMPANIES with fundamentals. The rich does it, warren buffet does it, why cant you? Because you only have 50k? because you only have 5k? Excuses get you nowhere. One lot or 100 shares is still an investment for a better tomorrow. BUY BLUE CHIPS, buy reits? BUY sound fundamentals companies! I say it again and again, so I hope you're not those idiots that see 15% return on your counter and cash out similing and run off to buy a ps4, a camera, or even better a rolex.

What you buy now (I'm currently invested in insas (3379) furnweb (7168) lafmsia (3794) solid (5242)) might dip alittle due to the correction in the market, but you gotta think long term, 12 mths from now, 24 mths from now, 36 months from now. I guarantee you the returns would be so much more than your 3.65% FD rates that UOB is giving for fresh funds right now. [Take note that if the companies change management or direction, we gotta be alert to such changes, bad leader= bad counter]

And of course constantly, every quarter, we review our portfolio (not daily, not wkly, just every quarter, invest and put it away), and what savings we have from our salary, we pump into the counters again, regardless whether they are in the green or in the red. Averaging up or down does not matter to us because as long as the fundamentals of the company is intact, we don't really care what happens to the overall market.

I guarantee you will thank me 36, 48, 60 months from now.

Property bubble? We've been talking about this for the last 24 months, and the prices are still increasing and will increase more due to higher costs and inflation and the bloody gst. You telling me you going to wait for the bubble to burst? The norm now is 750psf, next year how much do you think it's going to be? Can not sustain the property now, buy a new launch then, down payment 30k saja. No dibs but got rebates. All developers will think of loopholes, no matter what RPGT 30% crap, we think long term, bricks and mortar never go wrong. Don't believe in high rise then buy low rise, don't believe in apartments then buy landed. Don't wait. Losers wait. Losers die poor. I rather you be brave and go about to do it then talk about it, think about it, by that time it's 850psf then you going to give some bloody nonsense about the bubble bursting again. I want you to get off your butt and do something about your current situation. Not think about it and talk about it. Actions are way way better....

When you have the accumulated money from stocks, from selling your properties at double or triple the value, 5 to 8 years from now. BUY LAND. Never go wrong with land. This plot of land you going to buy will be for your grandchildren.
They will thank ah gong and ah ma for giving them the land. They will have a better future, they will have a better childhood, a better way of growing up. They will have the things you don't have during your childhood, and why? Because you did something about your current situation.
Because you finally wake up.

Do not understand why this organization can operate freely for so long. It's taking over penang, KL and now JB!

It's members spread all over hong kong and mainland china.

I understand most people are easily lured by the easy money but this organization is out there for more than a year and has been actively getting members, holding events at 5 stars hotel... "teaching" people about their "formula".

What is our local authorities doing? Wait for all the uncles, aunties money all gone then happily bust the organization?

How is this self proclaimed dato peter ong able to evade the authorities so many times? This is not his first scam!
