Land Property

I'm interested to buy a land property at mukim tanjung karang, kuala selangor and the seller would like to sell it for 1 acre around rm130k.
I would like to know do any bank provide loan for this type of request besides agro bank as the interest rate are ridiculous for 10 years tenure as I'm intent to take up RM100k ?

I do hope any agent of any bank can come and offer me attractive rate, I'm still nego with the seller and will sign the S&P with lawyer as the seller required for 10% downpayment.

I'm still survey around as bank rakyat offer quite a good rate .
