1st Class Honour Bachelor Degree -> PhD/DBA? HOW?

I'm currently having my degree in business administration in UCSI.

Is it still possible to study PHD/DBA with a 1st class Honor Degree? skipping master?

The only university i know is Open University Malaya who offers 1st class honor degree student to enter PHD/DBA with certain requirement:
# Bachelor’s degree with first class in related field from OUM or other institutions recognized by Senate; AND
# Registered for a Master’s degree in related field; AND
# Passed related qualifying examination.

But I don't understand the whole process. Can anyone clarify it?

Is there any other university private/public that offers student to enter phd/dba with 1st class honor degree?

Does anyone succeeded in skipping master and graduate phd/dba? mind sharing your experience? ><

Hi guys, I would like to know is it possible to study DBA/PHD in Business Administration "WITHOUT" a Master in Business Administration certificate?
If yes, which University offers it and how?
Is it possible to complete PHD/DBA within 2 years?

i really wish to know.. please tell me..
