Permed hair problem

Hi gals,

Im having a problem with my permed hair.. after I apply styling creme/lotion/mousse on my hair when it is WET, it is very curly.
But after hair dries, it become slight wavy only or I can say it is almost straight!

Last few times I never face this problem when I permed my hair, but this recent 2 times i permed, this problem happen...

Is it my hair problem? So frustrated with it!!

Anyone can help?

My lappy power icon is missing in the System Tray, and I simply can’t enable it because the checkboxes are grayed out.

I was trying to re-enable the items by right-clicking on the Taskbar->properties-> Notification Area tab, but POWER checkbox was grayed out.

Anyone can assist me on this problem?
